    Functionality is reasonable and works as expected.

    Support and integration across the enterprise can be challenging. Works effectively and as expected. Some issues with support and our implementation plan.

    Overall Comment

    SAS GRID installation is not a trivial task. However, the SAS team did an excellent job of analyzing our use case and fine tuning the installation and solution to fit our needs of scoring tests.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    While we implemented the GRID solution as recommended and having used the software for a number of years now, I think we might have planned the SAS products a little differently.
