Good base functionality. Where there have been bugs they have been swiftly resolved with patches/hotfixes. Where new functionality has been requested, it has either been included in subsequent releases, or proactive involvement of professional services has been proposed and deployed.

The vendors are very quick to point out how Jaspersoft can do everything you need. The paid support is only useful if you don't know how to use Google because they direct you to links that may or may not have answers and may or may not be what you have a question about.
