Whenever you think of facebook, you think about a wow experience i social networking, and even more if it is for your company. For me, seems like they kinda did it thinking about the money and not about the actual client need. Fine, you get all the social networking in your company, but it has a lot to improve! Connections should be more accurate according to your work area and it should redirect you to your coworkers, not just putting everyone there and that's it. Also, it should have filters for what it is for your job and what is not. I mean IA is so advanced, that you can easily do that. A lot to improve facebook!

In theory, Workplace should work but in reality, it's just another task management software that's difficult for everyone to get behind. Having the familiarity in design to that of Facebook is great, but I think the functionality is a bit limited. That and you have to download multiple apps to use all of it's features via mobile.

It is truly like Facebook for work environment. However, a couple of failures I detected were:
* Notifications are not easy to configure, I have to change the notifications board every other day because there is always a new notification i want to turn off. even though I had selected No Notifications by email (for example)
* There was no training on the use of the platform. Maybe this is a share guilt between my institution and the entity that sold Workplace, but believing everyone has a Facebook account, thus thinking everyone would be able to use this new platform, is a bit arrogant.
