AEM successful implementation

Good help from Adobe

Adobe Experience Manager

Adobe is a strong customer engagement partner

Adobe was a strong partner to work with to replace a 10 year old legacy system in 9 months

Adobe Experience Manager

Frustrating, but with promise.

Much of the technology was not proven to work on a large scale - we've run into several issues with scalability and AEM, specifically with the use of Dynamic Media. As the product has matured some, we have seen improvements, but it seems like there are still some blind spots in development.

Disappointment

Poor product roadmap, lack of synegries with associated products supplied by vendor. Poor product support.

Adobe Experience Manager

Potentially a good product with a few shortcomings

Vendor documentation is notoriously bad. We relied on third party integrators and end users to get technical problems solved more than the vendor.
