Requires a Specialized Skill Set for Implementation

We have been surprised to find out how much specialized knowledge is required to successfully implement ServiceMax. You can't just take experienced SFDC consultants and staff them to deliver ServiceMax... need to find ServiceMax trained specialists. We engaged more specialized resources mid-way through the project and were able to course correct, but impact to timeline and budget were significant.
