    Good software for small to medium banks

    Overall Comment

    Went through a lot of ownership changes during the early years whihc affected the ability to focus on the software. However since 2010 it has settled. The platform is stable. Slow however to implement new functionality. Great API which allows our company to overcome some of the restrictions. Would be good if the API were more comprehensive however. Also would be good if the management was more open to greater agility and willingness to take a little more risk with the product in terms of the pace of introducing new functionality - don't wait until 90% of your customer base is ready.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Play an active part int he user group and helpo to influence the product roadmap even ahead of your immediate needs.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Value for money.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Lack of agility.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Be more open to discussions regarding issues with their API both int erms of making same more comprehensive and robust.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get greater commitment to agility up front.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Great production environment support especially relating to issues causing downtime. Not so great on issues that could get better or support for testing.
