Bank strategy changed to be a full-service commercial system; product good for retail and small business, not commercial; found it difficult to leverage resources for problem-solving without some type of charge.

Implementation was ok, our project manager seemed overwhelmed with other projects and we didn't get, in our opinion, timely responses to questions. All of processes changed, which we expected. Some were better, some have been worse. Current client care works ok based on the representative who is assigned the case. Our client care manager is really good and helps out alot. Our sales executive is also very good and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Only downside is, very salesperson oriented.

No way of doing any type of self-troubleshooting or research. Support could be a lot smoother if there was a way to troubleshoot your own issues before waiting for a tech to be assigned.

Excellent support while on the implementation

This vendor is very accessible for technical support and for assistance with upgrades, acquisition integration, and other non-trivial work efforts. Any time we have sent a request for any type of support, we have recieved a timely and helpful response. In addition, they have one of the most complete online documentation tools that I've seen from a vendor of this size.
