    Good product for marketing communication. Overall has good collaboration capabilities.

    Overall Comment

    Really a great product and a great team. Our collaboration work during both functional and technical POC was really good.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    To ensure that you really put a focus on your company as the business is growing up fast to avoid a situation where you have lack of capacity within the team.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Very innovative and based on open and up to date technologies and architecture.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Not so much. As a framework dedicated to banking, there is a lack of Private Banking and Wealth Management features. Too much retail banking oriented for the time being.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Less marketing and more technically oriented when requested by technology team.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Choose more candidates during the RFI/RFP phase and to better use our existing partnerships to identify additional potential candidates.

    Very open platform that allows extension very easily, even if the required business features are not available natively.
