Avatier is a small organization, and they were easy to work with. The Avatier implementation team was a focused group that worked remotely. They were extremely knowledgable and flexible to our needs. The version of the Password Station that we installed was relatively new and represented a significant change from the older verions of their software. As a result there were several changes and enhancements needed to address the needs of our user community. Avatier took our feedback and rolled the required enhancements into the new releases of the product. Since the product was relatively immature it did take few a upgrades and several months to get the full functionality that we were expecting. To Avatier's credit they were customer focused and concerned about delivering a valued solution. The Avatier support staff deserves a rating of 5, the immature product initially delivered drives down that rating.

We are overall happy with the products and service provided. While lagging in advancements and pushing customers to pay for development of items that should be off the shelf.
