Product(s): Avatier Identity Management Suite (AIMS)

    Strong niche

    Overall Comment

Deployment was fairly straightforward. Delivered on promises.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

Look at IAM holistically. With identity, multiple solutions can create some interesting headaches in terms of dependency.

What do you like most about the product or service?

Ease of use, the speed of rollout.

What do you dislike most about the product?

    Niche placement.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

Evaluate within the context of an overlying IAM lens. In retrospect, with the deployment of an enterprise SSO solution (Okta), it is likely that it would have made more sense to align these solutions to a single delivery.

Product(s): Avatier Identity Management Suite (AIMS)

Easy to manage and implement. Tough to drive end user adoption.

    Overall Comment

We are overall happy with the products and service provided. While lagging in advancements and pushing customers to pay for development of items that should be off the shelf.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

If purchasing watch out for integration issues even with industry standards.

What do you like most about the product or service?

It works as advertised and we have not had any major P1 issues.

What do you dislike most about the product?

To many modules for an IAM "solution".

What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

Provided a pre-build assessment landscaping to better support overall uptake.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

Spend more time developing end use case and front end guide for ease of use for customers.
