When we were implementing this, RSA had just acquired the product/company called then Aveksa. Their transition made support somehow harder to get.
Make sure to test it thoroughly and that it is a fit for your needs.
That it is compatible with a large range of data repositories.
They are using a third party product to provide Filesystem (CIFS) auditing, namely StealhAudit.
Nothing much at the moment
I would keep the POC timeline longer and clarify and set the expextations on whatthe product can and cannot deliver.
Support definitely got better over time.

We had difficulty engaging the vendor during hypercare, but now that our 3rd party partner is out of the picture a direct line of communication is available. This has enhanced our relationship.

Working with both the vendor and a 3rd party vendor caused some confusion, but has worked out as we have gone live and anticipate then next phase.
Very user-friendly just ensure you have the right people engaged on both sides.

Good customer service. Willing to meet goals and assist where needed. Very experienced and fast to respond. Willing to help out in situations.
Meet with other Agencies/Companies to learn what they did and their pitfalls. Based on their feedback tailor to what you need. It's a very broad tool, but not very deep.
The full overview and compatibility it provides. It's customizable with no need for outside involvement. Easy to run in-house without additional staff.

Whenver we had any concerns or issues during implementation, problems were escalated quickly to help resolve the matter in a timely manner.
Ensure all business needs and application owner requirements are taken into consideration prior to implementing.
Ease of use, which has been made apparent by user acceptance and feedback we have recieved from managers upon completing reviews.
It would be helpful to have a thorough description of included items within the service agreement for the implementation plan would be helpful to ensure all terms are understood.
We would likely have spent additional time gathering requirements for our initial use cases.

We had several issues. We are still working through specific SOD issues and have continuous issues with feeds, collections and database issues.
Have the vendor do the installation and recommend onboarding tactics and direct SOD.
Have side by side implementation with RSA tech leads.
Overall, it does what it is supposed to, except for role reviews, SOD and reporting.
We currently have a case open for an ongoing SOD issue that has yet to be resolved and we are at risk of deficiencies.
There is room for improvement. SOD is a huge pain point and role reviews are not user friendly and are extremely difficult to set up. Better metrics are needed.

The RSA via product is configuration based and very user friendly. The overall functionality that it provides is very limited. It covers the basics such as access request approvals, along with reports and recertifications. But when it comes to customization, it is very limited. This tool is more for companies that are focused on a quick roll-out without many different processes in place.
Understand and do as much analysis as possible from all the key players, business owners, and IT teams. Research the functionality and all the use cases for your environment.
The product itself is very user friendly, and easy to navigate through.
The limited customizations, the need for limited standardized processing.
More various use case testing. With our specific roll-out, we've come up with various scenarios that cannot be covered.
More research up front on different processes, more buy-in from stakeholders, better planning of roadmap and roll-out.
This covers user access reviews, access request approvals, and reporting features.
RSA Support is very slow in responding and helping close out support issues. We've had several requests and follow-ups, but nothing has changed.
Implementing RSA Aveksa is pretty easy, it is all configuration based.
