Product works as expected but customization isn't easy. Services are not dedicated to you during the deployment so takes longer than needed.
For windows, AS400, and SAP users, high adoption rate so far. Has cut calls and reset requests in half.
Lack of Mac support and difficult to customize.
Mac support is limited and creates Keychain issues so they can use the AD password reset capabilities.

The Hitachi Consultants were easy to work with, very knowledgable and provided great onsite and remote support.
Stay engaged and ask lots of questions. Ensure you have a robust testing environment, High Availability and good DR procedures.
The IDM and Password manager solutions fit our needs in an enterprise environment with thousands of targets.
It has to be highly customized with large, enterprise environments.
Gain a better understanding of all the features we purchased and implement them at the same time.
Have had great support and service. Expeditious responses to tickets submitted and questions asked.
Due to the high customization of our implementation, it took longer than expected to fully implement. But, Hitachi did a great job adjusting schedules.

Solution was customizable to meet our needs, but customization was slow and expensive.
Look to a more mainstream solutions.
Choose some product with better support.
