What stood out the most was the vendors dedication to customer service! Their engineers were very knowlegable. Implementation was faster than originally expected, which was great! They really know their software, how it could work in my environment, and their experience in the education realm.
To really do their homework and gather as much information they can about what their goals are and what they want in an IAM product. Also to understand that it is a process and not a project.
Technical Support is great! Fast response times and very curtious and customer focused staff !
Federated SSO and User account provisioning.
Identity Automation scores very high marks on customer service and support. They always put the customer first. They contact you right away after a ticket has been placed - even if it is to say they will get back to you! You're never left wondering!
We had a phased-in approach, so deployment was well planned, well communicated and easy.
