    Very functional solution, good implementation and tech support but commercials not so good

    Overall Comment

    Product functionality was exactly as expected, implementation support was very good. Solution has been very positively received across the user base. Only negative would be the commercials around additional licences and ongoing support - feeling that prices are hiked up once you are committed to the solution.

    pin down the commercials

    Rewarded existing customers more

    Agree pricing structure for growth in advance but this was not possible

    Doesn't work well with remote users.

    Easy setup and configuration. However solution does not work well for remote users.

    Validate your requirements against capabilities. This solution does not work well for remote users.

    Customer service. Sales representative were helpful.

    Features are limited.

    Fix issues related to remote users.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Better vendor selection.

    Product capabilities - overall comment

    Medium-works well for hospitals, I guess. For our infrastructure, the needs differed and we were not getting the most out of the solution.
