    Vendor was extremely knowledgeable on the EMR application we were implementing. Their knowledge helped us role mine to a granular level not seen before.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The knowledge base of the vendor regarding our EMR and the ability for the system to reach into the database, something other products couldn't accomplish.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Ultimately, our leadership team decided to go in a different direction. If we could start over, I would have more buy-in from the executives.
