Engagement has been highly satisfactory and the support provided by the EOS team has been outstanding. We have been able to launch this tool rapidly and incrementally across diverse user base consolidating multiple types of IT baselines such as applications, technologies, business capabilities, integrations, servers, and projects.

Good experience overall. Good vendor relationship.
Product does what it needs to do and allows us to move forward without being burdened down with Traditional EA tool rigidity.
Good customer service
Not the prettiest, but that is trade off to keep some of the flexibility we have.
Better UI. Glamour sells with internal clients.
Spend more time building our reporting and dashboards customized to different user communities.
