Our implementation was in March of 2020 but implementation went smoothly even during the height of the pandemic and implementing the collections application was instrumental to maintaining positive collection results as our office went fully remote. Collectors have said this tool allows them to reach out to more customers in a week than was possible before implementation. Cash applications has reduced the time spent on manual tedious tasks giving the team more time to spend on analysis and problem solving when payment discrepancies exist. The HighRadius team really took the time to understand our business needs and were very thoughtful in designing a product that would deliver the results we needed. "Esker's TermSync portal for Collection Management"

I like how we can setup rules of when to send automatic payment reminders to customers. It's a nice little touch to reach out to customers without taking up any actual time in the day. Plus, a newer feature is the ability to send bulk/mass messages to a grouping of customers, be it a Christmas letter or even a notification of a new change that will affect all customers. TermSync keeps all collections notes & calls in one place and prepares a list of calls/accounts for me that need attention; even co-workers or my supervisor can view the stages & notes I've taken if I am out that day or away on vacation. They have a highly knowledgeable and responsive help team for when I don't find what I need in the detailed FAQ section (complete with screenshots).
