Hardware failures. Software does not integrate as much it was supposed too. Blades switched to Lenovo and cannot be bought from the first vendor anymore.
Do not be shy to go with smaller vendors that are more innovative. IBM disapointed me everywhere. I should have stayed with HP or DELL.
Hard to say.
The basic functionality.
Better sales reps. Better hardware. Better integration.
Do not underestimate the power of an influential person that has a conflict of interest in a product. Do not outscope important pieces of a project to decrease the price. Look at true added value instead of features.
IBM is bad at global deployments.
