    Great support, easy implementation and management

    Overall Comment

    Pivot3 provided great support from pre-sale to install and beyond. Unboxing to implementation happened in less than a day. Easy to manage over 300 endpoints. The performance is great and as expected. Storage aggregation has helped with data-intense workloads.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Look at hyperconverged infrastructure if you haven't already.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The resiliency and performance.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Purchasing from third party.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    nothing

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Hyperconverged infrastructure has lowered hardware cost and increased resiliency and performance. Wish we would have to this type of technology sooner.

    Pivot3 helped resolve several issues with some out of warranty servers before we started talking about moving to new infrastructure.

    Nexgen a SAN above the rest

    Nexgen products absolutely work. We are extremely impressed by their level of support before and after the sale. Especially, when it comes to how easy it is to upgrade to the newer firmware versions.

    Purchase as much storage as you think you will use.

    How easy it is to upgrade the SAN to a newer firmware/software version

    I can't thing of one thing

    Not a thing

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Buy Nexgen SANs sooner
