    BPM software from an industry leader.

    Overall Comment

    Technical support for the project was well versed in the tool, and the implementation strategy. Provided multiple design options optimizing business objectives. Tool used broadly within the industry. Backed by partnerships of other policy administration systems.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Active user group meets annually and supported by DST. Great place to see what other company experiences are.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Running several hundred workflows with minimal staffing. Robust design and designer tool allows for visual flows to assist with business understanding.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Releases do require a substantial amount of vendor support (time and material).

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Working with DST now to work more closely with clients on their capability roadmap, hopefully driving releases that address changes in the industry.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Internal limitations on infrastructure options required a launching on extended support versions of OS and SQL DB. This could have been a driver for adoption of current versions within our organization.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Transitioning from a relationship with CSC to a fully independent company. Some code was transitioned to DST as part of the transition but support for that toolset has been lacking. Expect that to resolve as the company continues it's transition.
