    Still the BPM Leading Product that has lot of capabilities

    Overall Comment

    Strong product, excellent education resources to start us off, strong professional services - but sometimes the quality and the message we got from the was not consistent.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    pick 1-3 deliverables (processes) that can show the organization some of the key capabilitiesof the software and then deliver on those. Don't try to do everything the first 6-9 months. and use the Pega methodolgy.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    simple architeture, easy implementation, good sizing tool.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    unlimited flexibility requires the client to be better educated from the start to make critical choices in design.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    when adding new features, make sure they are rock solid!!!

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Focus - develop a better understanding of enterprise goals, and what results we are commited to, to validate the time it requires to implement and see the benefits. The software has a lot of capabilities and requires lots of choices.

    Involve technology experts to understand licensing terms before making the purchase decision.

    Maturity of the product suite.

    Tightly packaged.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Become more customer friendly and accomodating.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Technology implementation and design to be congruent with licensing implications.
