Define needs on the upfront as it's difficult to change after contract goes into effect.
What do you like most about the product or service?
Responsive and always available.
What do you dislike most about the product?
Slow delivery of ad hoc reports causes concern on network security status.
What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?
Provide ad hoc reports.
If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?
Clearly define SLAs and identify both standards and possible ad hoc reports.
