    Dotsquares were very helpful and helped Wokingham Town Council meet our requirements.

    Girish was excellent. He answered queries immediately and was very helpful. I received daiy updates and progress which was very helpful.

    Ensure you are clear with all of your business requirements at the beginning.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It is easy to use and manage

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    It would have been preferable to have more communication face to face or by telephone.

    From initial sales calls to closing and accepting Dotsquares as dev. company to the introduction to the PM - all excellent services. Neeru the PM and her developer team have been there 100% understanding the App idea / concept from outset adding additional functionality as we have progressed through the project. Using there internal project tool has been a pleasure, simple and easy to use. Final review of Android, IOS, Web Page and Admin panel to be conducted by end Novembedr for release into App stores Jan 2017. The project: iGRATU App. Imagine a future where everything is seamlessly paid for via your phone Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime. Everyone has an opinion and everyone wants to be heard. No cash, don’t be embarrassed, now you have no excuse and the opportunity to benefit from a gratuity payment and customers providing feedback. The name iGRATU means you make the difference to your next experience! As our community grows, so does the potential to better service. The iGRATU app service is brought to you by AFCONPAY Ltd, a mobile payment company, improving your customer experience by providing solutions for a cashless world.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Seek funding before commecing. know exactly what you want and which tools / tech skills are required to design an App. Keep in mind this is an AGILE environment!

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Working directly with PM and developers in India, great teams.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Length it takes to develop an App but understandable. Overall really good.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Non Agile and fixed fee project.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Seek investor funding prior to app design

    Fast, efficient and trustworthy

    We have used Dotsquares on a series of projects for our companies form simple tasks to very complex API integrations and comeplete site builds from scrath to finished product. The speed and service is great and they can complete all types of tasks under one roof and are easily scaleable with adding more developers at short notice.

    DotSquares have proved themselves to be worthy long-term partners

    Overall Comment

    DotSquares were able to quickly provide us with skilled resource, allowing us to hit the decks running with a critical start-up development. We managed to go from zero to go-live in four months. As an example of the flexibility, on a couple of occasions it was possible to get additional resource assigned and productive within 24 hours. The relationship worked well, and continues to do so, based on their strong customer ethos, competent development resources and a great team lead who works closely with us to make it a success. It is imperative that there is high-quality, frequent communication, and this is what we've maanged to establish.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    The main point of contact person with the DotSquares team is crucial. They need to be excellent communicatiors in your language (written and verbal), they need to be motivated to communicate frequently and openly about progress, challenges and issues, and they need to have the skills and experience to understand your requirements and help you shape your solutions.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Time to market and affordability.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Time zone differences, especially in the winter.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    There is no one big thing, and perhaps a couple of small things, e.g. use of webcams for Skyping and a greater willingness to provide CVs for assigned resources.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Given the cicumstances at the time, there is nothing I would have done differently if I could start over.

    Dotsquares is an essential part of my business

    We have worked with the Development team at Dotsquares for over 5 years now and have only found the work getting easier and easier. The knowledge, workflow and intuition in the developers is growing, in turn helping my business to grow. I can highly recommend the development team as they really know what to do in problem solving situations, and often deliver a final product that is above and beyond the project scope.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Give them a try and you will be more than satified with the service and skill level that they can provide.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    the difference in time zones. Very hard to keep awake some nights, but it is refreshing to wake the next day with up to date info on the projects.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Problem solving on some pretty heavy client requests, and also improvements on the project functionality

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have engaged them earlier in our growth stage to help with the workload and client requests

    Overall the project was managed perfectly with no downtime to our live site. The improvements have made the website more user friendly and improved interaction with our customers. The key to a successful project is to undertake a thorough written brief to ensure project clarity. The developer made all the necessary changes and carried through some very thorough testing to ensure handover was pefectly done and at a time to suit us. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be thorough in your own evalaution and understanding of what it is you want to achieve before involving others. Then discuss for a finer discussion and make changes if necessary.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The professional look of the completed work to the end user.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    Nothing.

    Depending on the size of your project it would be considering visiting the office in Jaipur to meet the individuals involved in your project.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    I have got what I asked for and the service has been good at competitive rates.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The disadvantage of having an overseas developer means you are working on different time zones and you dont get the opportunity to develop personal contact and have meetings which would have progressed my project quicker.

    Open up direct dialogue over skype and screen sharing earlier.

    I would recommend regular reviews throughout the course of the project to make sure the software meets your specified requirements.

    The ability to use the development service when and if we require it, rather than the commitment of an employee

    The time difference between NZ and India.

    Taking a little more care when bug checking.

    Spend a little more time completing a project specification prior to the development phase.

    Complex Project was managed with senior developers and client in an efficient way.

    We have happily been working very closely with senior developers at Dotsquares for over 3 years. This single project was complex and 'one of a kind' and involved multiple disciplines including web site development - using primarily PHP and AJAX - database design / management (MySQL) and web server management. We were very satisfied by the attention to detail provided by Dotsquare developers. We were also impressed by their ability to find the most efficient solutions and get the best out of the technologies we were using, both crucial when working on a Web development platform (LAMP) with a new web site as the focus of all the many months of development. We were also impressed that we were allocated the same senior developer for the whole project - their knowledge of the system was crucial in how the project was completed to our great satisfaction.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Try to get the same developer for each booking. Common sense of course, but having the same developer saved time and money.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The expertise of the senior developers.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The time difference when working live on the project - although this was not a big problem.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Have a clearer set of content requirements for the website as this project was quite organic in nature and several U-turns were made during the project which caused delay.

    Fantastic company to deal with.

    Overall Comment

    They provided a new fully functional stock inventory solution software and since then have developed a new website for us. I would have no hesitation in referring them to anyone of our customers or suppliers.

    Let them guide you in your project.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Nothing is to much trouble for the staff and Saurabh is fantastic to work with.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I wish they would of contacted us 5 years earlier as we wasted a lot of money on bad computer developers.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would of used Dotsquare before using other companies.

    We have completed two projects with Dotsquare now and Saurabh Sharma has been a pleasure to work with. Further projects are planned for 2017, that how happy we are with the company and the staff they employ.
