    Their attention to detail and their willingness to make suggestions to improve the product or achieve our aims by better processes.

    Always willing to go the extra mile (staying late into the night to get critical tasks completed) and a friendly UK based team always on hand for any questons.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Significant cost savings can be made working with an outsourced development company you can trust. The team at DotSquares have an exceptional team of quality engineers who work quickly and are always aware of deadlines. They also go the extra mile when necessary, which is not always the case with a 3rd party supplier. The planning and design stage is the single most important element of any software build and we always advise for companies to spend a signifcant amount of time and deliberation prior to deploying developers. In our case we approve the flat design files of at least 70% of the entire architecture prior to development, along with a detailed specification document.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The flexibility to scale our developer requirements in such a short period of time, as we build more complex systems. We have never been let down.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    None.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Deploy more developers from the start and get our systems built even quicker as it woud have been cost effective to do so.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Our own in house team manage much of the business integration with the staff across the company. We always share our deadlines with the development team and have hit the significant majority of these. Technology can be complicated and last minute issues naturally occur, but nothing has yet to be overcome.
