    Need to improve product support service and provide a good roadmap for the product.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be aware of defects that may not be noted in release notes as known defect.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Test the product thoroughly before releasing to market

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Have along test window to uncover all defects that may adversely impact user experience

    Transitioning to further adoption of internal capabilities - utilization of HP PPM.

    Overall Comment

    We are still analyzing the functionality, but this was an existing enterprise solution so we had a high level of confidence in the solution. We are struggling with prioritization of projects, and scenario planning for investment decisions but the general reporting and project management features seem to meet our needs.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Understand your needs, and the value you are truly trying to obtain. There are a number of tools, and so many features that often go under-utilized.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Internal familiarization.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Strategic alignment to investment prioritization.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Have more focus on investment prioritization and scenario planning along with improved dashboard capabilities.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    If we could start over, and have less budget constraints we would consider a more robust list of potential solutions.

    Difficult installation and configuration. Eventually, found a strong solution and was able to implement a strong solution. Third attempt and two years later.

    Be prepared for a long installation and insist solid team experienced in the application.

    Excellent tool set well defined to meet the need.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Difficult to implement and configure.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide a team with better knowledge of the product.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Insist on a well-versed engineering team from HP.
