Robust tool that requires time for successful transition & implementation

Learning curve to implement and create staff buy-in. Data only as good as the data put into the system. Ability to access via the Cloud and App are a nice benefit.

Performance And Functionality Need Improvements

Overall Netsuite provides a well-rounded product. We have had trouble internally with Performance some due in part to the integrations built internally and it's been quite the daunting task getting OA to review these integrations and ultimately code them to specs to improve performance.

Strong Functionality, Weak User Interface

The user interface is dreadful and could be far more intuitive. Reporting is especially cumbersome. Breadth of functionality is very useful once you figure out how to use it.

Strong product, but internal professional services team was very poor.

The OpenAir product is a strong tool that enables a professional services organization to move beyond excel and create a central time and expense, billing, invoicing, and project management system. The internal professional services team with NetSuite would only get a 2 rating, and if I do it again I would try and find a partner to execute and not use internal PS team.
