Product is decent, but implemenation slow and cumbersome

Implementation was consistently delayed, which led to our go live being 6 months late. Obtaining refunds/credits for services paid for in advance but not utilized have taken even longer.

Customer support during and following implementation have been excellent. Product meets the needs of our business customer.

OPPM, Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management

Good PMO tool, but needs to incorporate Agile and other methodologies.

Overall OPPM has been a very valuable tool within our organization, however there are limitations to the software that we find challenging. Namely that trying to setup projects taht utilize an agile methodology are difficult to track in this tool. We have found the status reporting to be very useful from a PMO, in order to escalate issues to management in a timely manner. Also the budget tracking has been very useful.

I would recommend the product, just not the trainers.

The training services were not the greatest. Users felt that they were rushed and their concerns weren't addressed.
