Core implementation straight forward, however content and change management difficult

Required a fair amount of reworking of personnel assigned from the RSA team to achieve implementation.

RSA support team has always worked exteremly hard to answer any concerns or issues we might have. The response time is EXCELLENT along with the strong knowledge base of the support team. Training for their software is also a key service provided by this vendor!!!

Tool is easy to implement, but documentation of exact capabilities is critical

The experience overall was ok, the tool is great, our primary contacts were responsive and patient with our questions, and a couple technical bugs we reported afer purchase were resolved quickly. But there were a few situations with the vendor that soured the deal; mainly along the lines of telling us one thing, but delivering another. For example, we were told we would start with the latest version of the platform (at the time of purchase, it had just been released). After purchase, they told us it would not be available to new customers for another 8-12 months. There was also some basic functionality that was not available out-of-the-box (but shown to us in demos and discussed), or not available at all, that we felt the vendor should have disclosed or been more transparent about up front.

Support and user community is very strong. RSA utilizes constant feedback from the user community to iterate and improve the product. Leverage built-in functionality to mature our manual processes.
