    Modulo support helped us through installation and beyond.

    Overall Comment

    Team very supportive and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. They worked closely with me throughout the implementation and their technical support has been very attentive. Our rollout has been slow, but the system is becoming increasingly important to the university.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Define your needs and make sure the tool meets them.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The ease to customize.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The incremental cost to add features and the reporting tools.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Not much.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Better defined what we needed and let the rules drive the tools.
