    Great product, solid service, credible company and product.

    Overall Comment

    Tripwire was a very good product that worked well in both our IT and OT environments. Well respected and trusted product that allowed us to establish quick credibility with our business partners.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Engage with system owners as early as possible to alleviate their potential concerns (system impact, reliability impact, outage issues, etc.).

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of use once implemented and consistency of the product across our environment.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The licensing could be a bit quicker and more flexible, but this was not a prohibitive issue.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    They did very well and I don't have much more to address. The enterprise licensing could have been a bit better and more flexible, it was a solid product and vendor.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Involve the business unit a bit earlier in the review and selection process. The process went well, but we could have accelerated the process with more front-end support and engagement.
