Codeless AND able to handle specific requirements, multilingual, quick to implement, allowing for fast ROI and quick wins with an overall consistency, easy to administrate, operated by a top class Saas team. These were our requirements, this was the promise and it's been kept since 2010. Easyvista's ITIL compliance is a very good ERP compromise between multivendor specialized solutions and supposedly integrated ITSM heavy suites.
You don't need a 3 days training to use Easyvista but don't skip a starter training to ensure people get the way it works and thus ensure your change management.
Definitely the Codeless approach that enables the administrator to do his job with just a light SQL knowledge
Getting the history of a ticket in the blink of an eye can be tough and is being improved
I wish the vendor had provided us with documentation tools
The hard points that we came through were generally linked to our internal organization failures. But it is important for a large structure with international teams to have a strong partner in the long run, able to implement complexe processes while assuring an overall coherence and efficiency. I would keep working with Easyvista Professional Services. Our attempts to work with integrators have seldomly been successfull.
Of course, vendor experts are usually more expensive but it's worth it (don't tell them :-) SaaS and support teams perfectly know what Service + means and are always available to help and serve.

The solution is quite easy and intuitive to configure and doesn't require programming knowledge. Many possibilities to customize the screens and implement specific workflows. Very good team who finds solutions which fit with our needs and organization.
If you want to provide advanced reports, use an additional BI platform.

The solution could be more user oriented. The Self Service interface is not so user-friendly as it could be expected.

Very knowledgeable staff with great work ethic. I felt they were as invested in the success of this project as I was. All tasks and deliverables were on time and top quality. We wanted to revamp our current processes and drive more to industry standard and Easy Vista facilitated that process very well.
While you think that the "big guys" are the better to go with - we found Easy Vista to be big on functionality with small company attention to detail.
Allowed more time up front - we were very fast tracked.

The first implementation was made in house. The Easy Vista consultants knew perfectly the product so the implementation was quite easy. The product is very intuitive for the first time that you work on it. The relational of the components makes a logical step by step implementation by using excel templates.
Work hard on process before implementation.

After initial deploy and with periodical maintenance fulfill every aspect of Service Desk and Asset Management. Works well even with Licensing and Software Asset Management.
Plan ahead your environment for asset and discovery modules.
Multiple Module integrated with each other. ITIL compatibility.
Some graphics and translation not perfect.
Start immediately with Asset and Software Asset Management to have a licensing situation clearer.

As far as I can say, the overall experience with Easyvista has been very good. It's a kind of SW Vendor that position itself close to the customer supporting all the product/solution lifecycle with proven results. The jump to the Cloud services including the migration from On-Prem previous version was well managed without no-interruption.
The easy way you deploy new projects.
Sometimes the performance over the Internet (SaaS) is not the intended one.
Have more functional resources in order to better support new projects from the customer.

The product covered the needs of the Organization. Easy adaptation and customizations to achieve particular goals. IT represents an excellent aid to management of our services.
The product presents a lot of possibilities.
I dislike we have to stop the service during more than 6 hours for a new version installation.
Process for upgrade to the next version software.
Less complexity in the design of our customization.
