EasyVista

Good product, but need SQL knowledge to implement successfully. Not "codeless".

They did a great job during the sales process. They were very responsive and were able to demonstrate all the product features we felt were critical to a successful implementation. Once the sale was complete we have been less enthusiastic. They sold the product as "codeless" and said we could easily implement and customize the solution to fit our needs. But we found out the first hour of on site training that we definitely needed someone well versed in SQL to make the implementation and customization go as we needed. They also told us during the sales process that we didn't need certain modules (like Service Apps) but we did need it, and had to go back and purchase that. We were told that most customers implement using the "Quick Start" implementation, and that is what we chose for financial reasons, but the quick start was anything but, and we would not choose that option if we had it to do over again.

These were our requirements, this was the promise and it's been kept since 2010. Easyvista's ITIL compliance is a very good ERP compromise between multivendor specialized solutions and supposedly integrated ITSM heavy suites.

Flexible ITSM solution, cost saving and easy to maintain.

The solution is quite easy and intuitive to configure and doesn't require programming knowledge. Many possibilities to customize the screens and implement specific workflows. Very good team who finds solutions which fit with our needs and organization.

Successful project with partner mentality!

Very knowledgeable staff with great work ethic. I felt they were as invested in the success of this project as I was. All tasks and deliverables were on time and top quality. We wanted to revamp our current processes and drive more to industry standard and Easy Vista facilitated that process very well.

The implementation was easy by using Excel templates.

The first implementation was made in house. The Easy Vista consultants knew perfectly the product so the implementation was quite easy. The product is very intuitive for the first time that you work on it. The relational of the components makes a logical step by step implementation by using excel templates.

After initial deploy and with periodical maintenance fulfill every aspect of Service Desk and Asset Management. Works well even with Licensing and Software Asset Management.

Migration from On-Prem to Cloud was easy and very well managed.

As far as I can say, the overall experience with Easyvista has been very good. It's a kind of SW Vendor that position itself close to the customer supporting all the product/solution lifecycle with proven results. The jump to the Cloud services including the migration from On-Prem previous version was well managed without no-interruption.
