We have been very pleased with EasyVista, specifically with the people we've worked with and the stability and usability of the tool.

Easy Vista had a good story, an easy to use interface, and simple customizations. We aren't necessarily a super mature ITIL shop and while we loved some of the larger mainstream products, we simply don't have the FTEs to dedicate to the care and feeding of those products. We also really liked the concurrent user licensing model based on how we run our service desk and Tier 2.
