Implementation was easy and the support staff are extremely helpful

We have been a happy Freshservice customer for almost two years. Overall our experience with the team in North America and India has been exceptional. From the day 1, they helped us customize our portal and made significant changes to help us offer excellent services to our employees.

Best Bang for Your Buck

Freshservice as a whole has been a great success. Their feature rich support solution provides a number of must haves in this day and age (CMDB with Agent = Easy Equipment Inventory). The canned reports are great for high level metrics for the exec level, but the custom reports give the real numbers that show details that are crucial for everyday monitoring of your support staff. While Freshservice does perform as well as initially expected, there are a few things that could be better. While normally very efficient, occasionally contacting their customer support is problematic, as recently some reported issues appear to have fallen through the cracks. This is in no way a normal experience, as most times they are on point and can resolve most issues quickly. Overall, they provide the best bang for your buck due to their competitive prices and wide range of useful features.

Easy implementation, great suite of tools, exciting product roadmap

This product gives us many ITIL features integrated into the product and did a better job integrating them than other solutions we looked at. The ability to link additional third party tools still needs some growth in the tools available but is a good start. All-in-all I see the strengths of this platform outweigh the weaknesses, and hopefully over time as the product continues to grow those weaker areas will be upgraded. I sense that the company has been experiencing some growing pains, as they have some very big ideas of where they see the product going, but it has taken a long time for those features to make it to the public.

Implementation was a breeze, all tickets were simply imported over a weekend from the previous ITSM tool. The support and technical expertise are excellent and most requirements can be accommodated using existing features. The CMDB is providing some great insight into our fleet and they have improved overall management of our assets.
