Insurer transforms front end, but struggles to realize full potential of the platform

Early years after the acquisition, service was inconsistent and not reliable. current experience is substantially improved. Would like to have more of a say in the investment into the product. Oracle seems to dictate quite a bit that leaves little resources to work on things the user community needs in terms of insurance functionality.
