We have been with Telit for around 4 years now and they have always been available for support and willing to help troubleshoot why a device may not be working event once it is determined that the cellular network is not at fault. This level of customer service is difficult to find today as most companies want to pass the buck to someone else. We had the option to switch to a pre-paid plan while developing our new radio, but I elected to stick with Telit since they have been there for me when I needed assistance. I was not willing to risk a product launch on a new provider and relationship.
