Gartner’s view of the MNS market is focused on externally provided network operations center (NOC) life cycle services delivering on both the current and emerging needs of end-user customers. The MNS market consists of globally capable providers of MNS that provide service management functions for the operation of enterprise networks for two managed network services: Managed LAN/WLAN services (i.e., MNS for LAN) include the management of all in-scope enterprise LAN customer premises equipment (CPE), inclusive of a single point of contact (SPOC) ownership for the life cycle management of these devices. Managed WAN services (MNS for WAN) include the management of all in-scope enterprise site edge networking CPE and WAN transport management. These services provide life cycle management for site edge CPE, such as routers and SD-WAN. Additionally, MNS providers provide a SPOC for troubleshooting ownership with all WAN transport services connecting client sites.

"TCS Managed Network Services review"
TCS as a MNS supplier is a perfect cultural fit into my organization. Long term stability and an open minded culture between the companies have created great value for our company and development of staff. Commitment to the delivery and a service minded approach is key for a successful relationship and this has worked out very well with TCS.
"Microland a partner not a supplier"
I have found Microland to be a highly responsive and professional organisation. They actively listen to our requests and work in conjunction with us to realise pragmatic solutions that work with the financial and operational constraints we have at the time. Microland really let the data speak and are very open and clear on performance as well as instilling an excellent continuous improvement construct around everything they do. Their reaction to and support for their staff during covid was also highly commendable showing that they not only care for their staff but take action to protect Customer operations throughout a highly challenging period.
Optanix has been a great partner to us over the years. Very collaborating and accommodating to meet our demanding business needs. They have provided some very strong talent to help us get through some challenging transitions and additions to our footprint.

We implemented an EDI and a three ENS links with Comcast Fiber and have had no complaints. We've had one small downtime but it was in the overnight and we were keep in the loop while it was down.
"AT&T MNS: how it can bring value to your IT operation and business."
AT&T MNS was able to overcome the lack of infrastructure (WAN connectivity) in South America countries (remote locations spread across Brazil, Argentina and Chile, mainly), partnering with several different last-mile providers in order to deliver the best service to my company with full transparent MNS (I had only one single point of contact for all those countries).

"Best Manages Network Service Provider" Vodafone""
Vodafone is the best Services Provider as Managed network Services. with my last 3 years connection with Vaodafone for MPLS and the WLAN services and have very good performance with the services provided from Vodafone. 24*7 services and the active Services engineers make more products to Vaodafine. There is beautiful part is Proactive ticket and monitering. Which help to make the max SLA and uptime for the services. Timely order delivery also makes Vodafone best.
"Windstream SD-WAN: Caution!"
We were looking to move from our current Velocloud MSP to another carrier using the same sd-wan platform, but with a larger backbone given our national scale out. We were looking for a co-managed solution, versus fully managed, as we manage our current sdwan deployment. Our goal was simply to "lift and shift" our current vce devices with new ones without making underlying network topology changes. We narrowed our choices to Windstream and ATT as they met our criteria for offering a co-managed product with a national backbone. We ultimately decided to go with Windstream SD-WAN Concierge service after reviewing each vendor proposal against our criteria as well as analyst calls with Gartner. Planning the transition with our Windstream PM was great. We had regular touch point calls to discuss progress, timelines, tasks, objectives, etc. and all delivery dates, with the exception of a few circuits, were met. Our current dissatisfaction with the service is in the delivery and current operation. If you are moving from a current velocloud deployment that you are managing via velocloud orchestrator (VCO), you will not have the same access or abilities via the Windstream Enterprise (WE) portal and you will not be given access to your tenant VCO. You need to work with your Technical Services Manager (TSM) who has access to the VCO to make changes or troubleshoot for you.
