    Great tool for taking first steps into operational MDM for customer data and CRM.

    Overall Comment

    Provided the basics we needed to get an initial handle on multiple views of customer data.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Flexibility of connectors and data loading. Acceptable reporting/ analytics options for beginners.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    No obvious way to move to advanced MDM within the product family.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing. Our approach satisfied our need to take baby steps from 0 on the maturity curve.

    Excellent search as well as great responsiveness and follow thru on any question or problem.
