    Product(s): Platform for Master Data Management

    Great feature sets and implementation was easy. Excellent tech support.

    Overall Comment

    It is a great product to manipulate the data. It has all the features we were looking for integration, feeds, automation etc. Customer service is great during and after implementation. They helped us at every step of the way with excellent tech support and advised and guided well. Excellent documents and support staff make use of this product and excellent tool to use for our enterprise.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Try a demo version or open version to see if this tool will help your needs.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Feature sets.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The desktop suite is kind of slow to launch sometime. It takes up lot of memory.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Their support is great.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    It satisfied all our needs.
