    Need to improve its product to match with current trend of source integration.

    Overall Comment

    SaaS offering is poor. SaaS offer does not support customization. Any change small or big costs a lot of money (infamous MOD). Does not support standard retail functions like refund via new Gift Card. Does not support Gift Card issuance integration (like issue, activation etc.). Comes pre-integrated with the single vendor for payment like CyberSource (any other vendor means customization). Customer support Module is very primitive.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Try before buy.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Queue based service integration.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Inflexibility.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Wish tried all promised features before implementing.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Never trust the sales person!
