    Implementation took more time than expected due to delays from vendor.

    Overall Comment

    Vendor project team did not guide us properly which cost us time and money

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Don't underestimate the amount of time to test/mitigate defects and perform network mitigation

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Install all network equipment from the beginning.
