A great tool capable of making great apps

XCode IDE does very good job on taking care of UI layout and app thining. The debug and unit test tools are very handy and effective. Its vertical integration from writing first line of code to beta testing allows an organization to make an app without hiring many engineers. On the other hand, because XCode is closely tied to Apple's eco system, there are many rules such as privacy guideline that are non-negotiable. Apple also reserves the ultimate right to reject a publication - such risk should be carefully calculated.
