    Solution proved to be both reliable and met the functional needs that were originally developed for the initiative.

    Conduct the preliminary business process mapping design and the operational standards, which the system will be developed against.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Mobility capabilities for field staff with undependable, cellular connectivity allows this solution to meet the field work process needs.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Negotiating with the vendor on contract terms was both challenging and a strain on the customer, vendor relationship.
