    I met Digital Guardian representatives today. I am a summer intern for EPA and we are working to get a contract complete with them to begin.

    Do your research to see what fits your needs.

    Insider threat detection capabilities.

    Don't know.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Internally approach this contract with our approval office differently.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Perhaps review more companies.

    delay in delivery and support.

    Assign a specialist to the team for full support.

    Improve the training process.

    Great product, great features, easy to use and install. Very Intuitive and friendly. They have on-site training to improve the internal team capabilities.
