I have been using this anti-virus over 8 years, so I got many experiences to troubleshoot and management.
Best support with local vendor and Kaspersky
Product is strongly protected.
Slow support and cannot help us on time with good solution.
Prepare training course when new feature is released.
Never provide good solution to solve our issue.

Product works then breaks.
Do not choose Kaspersky unless you are willing to pay for their top tier support.
Does ok, but has the potential to cause major issues.
Can cause major issues.
Test builds better.
Go with a different vendor.
Support provides a lot of bandaids instead of fixes.

Rollout was relatively easy considering it involved removing scan in order to get the product installed

For the most part it does what we need. We would like it to have better integration with Active Directory. We had to build the organizational structure in the tool rather than it just coming in from the OU structure that exists so now we have to update in multiple locations. They have also been slow to support Windows 10 which is delaying our ability to roll it out.
It has been solid so far. It has nice support for VM.
Doesn't integrate as well with AD as we would like it too, also it is hard to audit compliance of machines being covered.
We wish they were quick to support new platforms.

Obtain more Expert-Level Consultation for more efficient use of the tools
Good overall capabilities
Could do a bit more How-to help by the Help Desk team
Easy deployment and good FAQs
