    Full featured solution with easy end-user experience

    Quality product with differntiationg features (certificate authenticaton and easy secure browser) provided for a smooth foundation upon which to build a BYOD program

    Many are qualified, so shop around for the best value.

    More services capacity would be helpful.

    We would have made more extensive use of the policy features to manage wireless demand

    Understand authentication limitations between mobile device platforms (e.g. iOS vs Android, Kerbeos/NLTM etc.)

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Self service/device registration options and multi-platform support.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Battery drain on mobile devices.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Support for Kerberos authentication.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Rollout sooner.
