Product has performed largely as advertised, but there have been some spot issues. Problems with newer versions and Panasonic Toughbooks and Lenovo X1 Tablets were discovered. They have addressed some of the issues, and have plans to address the remaining.
If BitLocker is not adequate, then SecureDoc should be seriously considered.
WinMagic has been responsive to our requests, and seem genuinely concerned about our success with the product.
Nothing comes to mind
We have discovered several issues on our own, that would have been great to have been discovered and already being addressed.
Look harder at whether Windows 10 BitLocker would meet our security requirements, and push back harder when challenged.
Experienced issues with Panasonic Toughbooks, which has slowed down our deployment to those devices.

We had to teach the SecureDoc team many things about their product during out deployment that should have been already resolved. Since then, support has been very helpful with all issues presented to them.
Work closely with the Service Desk and Engineers, ensure you have an Engineer assigned during the entire implementation. It took us some time to get the dedication but once we had the contact information the roll out went much more smoothly
It has become simple to manage the encryption to meet regulatory compliance.
With the size of our enterprise, 20,000 endpoints, both the web interface and the management console should have worked the same from the beginning. Over the years this has been resolved.
Assigned more resources to the Macintosh as they increased during the deployment, more than expected.
Very responsive and complete answers to all hardware and software related questions.
