I don't believe the solution they demonstrated delivered what was needed for our organization. Deadlines were missed, simplicity that was advertised wasn't simple at all.

Technically very skilled, but the business support and understanding is limited. Also, integration with the rest of the AMC is not as naive as expected.

On time delivery, effictive implementation of use cases, good support from Adobe, good relationship berween vendor and systems integrator. Some functionality described in RFP process not as fully mainstream as we were led to believe.

Adobe Campaign Manager allows us to efficiently define audience targets, pull data from our data warehouse to make targeting definition, create lists for direct mail and/or create/deploy emails. Interface for our version requires moderate technical knowledge, which can make broader access to campaign set-up or reporting more difficult.

The product has proven to be very flexible and very powerful. While it has already added strong functionality and capability to our organization, we still have room to grow with this product and vendor. Our relationship has been strong with Neolane/Adobe and we have been happy with the engagements we have had with their Professional Services team over the past 5 years.

Adobe are one of our most important strategic partners to our marketing team. They have provided and continue to provide advice and expertise from high strategic level to tactical implementation advice to our business. We are fortunate that our implementation SME remains involved with our product implementation which has provided us with an ongoing, consistent level of support and expertise. We continue to discover new ways that we can drive business value from our implementation. We will shortly complete integration of our new telephony solution PureCloud (from Interactive Intelligence) into Adobe Campaign, which we believe will be one of the world's first integrations of Adobe Campaign directly to a predictive dialer. Adobe Campaign has allowed us to rapidly scale the breadth and depth of understanding of multichannel marketing and digital marketing in particular. The cultural change has been significant with most members of the marketing community having access to a best in class system to drive their marketing efforts. We have seen improvements in open and click through rates for email marketing, improvements to mail response rates and a reduction in our cost per sale for direct sales. The user group for Adobe Campaign is now beginning to expand in New Zealand which we are now monitoring to see if it affects our ability to retain staff as we would have New Zealand's most advanced users of the product and whether Adobe has the ability to put together a cohesive local user community. Compared to other products on the market, fair to say it is not the easiest system to use, particularly for occasional users but it is definitely on the the best. Cost would be at the top end of what a New Zealand based business would consider.

Experienced Consultants but hard to get resources. Average time on setup tickets is very high.

The account and relationship management team at Adobe is second to none. We originally started out with Neolane and through the acquisition by Adobe not a single email, call, meeting was missed. You could not tell there was an acquisition taking place which actually occurred during our project implementation. The project and services support before and since the acquisition is one of the best I have experienced across all of our vendors.
