Easy to work with, great support, only negative feedback would be lack of product features that could make day to day work easier

We caught Sailthru at a time where we believe they were in or about to enter into a transitional mode. The product road map was clear but they were sellling a product of the future rather than something they actually had in reality. As such we challenged them repeatedly over the first 10 months and did at one point consider terminating. However no matter how demanding we were they always fought to provide us with the best service and we were able to engage at board level with them and had full access to anyone in their organisation. The end result was we are still with Sailthru and definitely view them as a key stratagic partner and important to what we are trying to achieve over the next three years around business transformation. There have been a number of key role changes on Sailthru which have definitely improved the service and there is a better link between sales and product now; when we initally bought the product we were eventually convinced that sales didn't actually know how it worked; this has all changed. The customer service and technical suppport is in the exceptional range; even if they still have work to do around the product and documentation.

I have worked with several ESP vendors before, but my experience with Sailthru has provided me more tools, analytics and overall capabilities than a traditional ESP. Sailthru is a valuable acquisition and retention tool at TechStyle.

Sailthru is a great tool with great product features. I'm excited about their Q1 release of Lifstyle Optimizer to allow us to really take advantage of some of the strategies we want to implement.
