I'm very satisfied with the experience with Selligent, they're always ready to help us. We work as partners. However, it has been much more difficult to use it than it was told in the beginning. You need technical teams to do sophisticated campaigns and some of the functionalities aren't stable. We also think that regional Selligent teams should have more knowledge about the use of Selligent. Usually we are derived to Belgium to solve our problems.

In the beginning, the tool was very buggy. Moreover, I miss the consulting part - I guess, we only new only a very little part of the tool but it would help if Selligent would help to improve our possibilites by e.g. did you know, that you can do this and that Overall, the tools has improved a lot over the years.

the experience with the support, technical, development and sales team has been great. However, mobile products are not at same level yet, and although we have direct access to developers , they need to improve communication and have a better alignment with customer expectations.
