The tool is great, but their service is a dream come true

Majority of these tools in the market place are similar in nature. Having worked with sales force, marketo and the like, workflows and general dimension of tool functionality are analogous in so many ways. In my eyes, what Zeta does, they walk the walk and talk the talk from sales to implementation, and they make certain that the service provided meets our needs, no matter how big or small the project is… essentially, I look at Zeta not as a partner, but as an extension of our team.
