The overall experience went well with their engineers working on-site to configure the solution and some custom requirements we had for Availability monitoring. Very flexible in meeting the client’s needs. You can certainly tell however that there are some process immaturity and onboarding opportunities. To add, most of their top developers are German so communication beyond high-level subjects can be a real challenge. The only bad run, would be the constant follow-up after sales, even after stating that you will reach out if needed; I have no patience for this.
Great visibility in IT Operations and Network.
The same thing I like. It's still maturing but innovative and capable.
